This in from Jeff, husband, father of 1 1/2, photographer, and downright good man: Need a pick me up for some plain vanilla ice cream? A shot of kahlua over the top will do the trick and as a double benefit warm the cockles of your heart.

Hi! I just read your blog about your success with Slim4life. My mom just started that diet and I was wondering if you had any recipes you'd be willing to share as she's put her 17-year-old daughter to work at creating her menu, and I'm starting to get stuck. I would love to send you recipes, I just have to type them up. Though a lot of them are going to be a little of this and a little of that. My first one is a really good one for breakfast if your mom likes cottage cheese. 5 oz fat free cottage cheese, 9 frozen dark sweet cherries (no sugar), 1 equal packet. Mix it all up and it's really good.
